    yea thanks guys...last night I did an all cable workout at my gym in my hometown and those things make you burn! i got a pretty good workout i must say...but i know there is no replacing free weights...its just nice to know that it's not THAT bad

    So how's this for supplements on a recomp?? I am thinking TTA, Neovar, forskolin, raspberry ketones. I have ester c to control cortisol. Something to lower estrogen a bit would probably be helpful for me. What would you suggest? Something natural if possible... Also something like Tongkat...

    Have you had any experience with any of those? The reason I ask is because I have a little high estrogen levels and was wondering if there was some herb or something that I could take to lower mainly my estradiol a bit?
