Did either of you have the powder turn to literally concret ? Like i had to take a hammer to break it up it got so hard. I was wondering if there is anyway to prevent this cuz sometimes i can take it and then sometimes i cant cuz its harder then a brick
Hey this is just another random question but how much water should i be drinking while on creatine ? I usually drink anywhere from 6-8 tall glasses but idk if thats enough or do i need more ?

Yeah i workout abs every other day and try to give each muscle group a good amount of rest
My diet is the same for both days maybe a little more on lifting days
