  1. how many cal do you take in on a bulk?

    im on 3800- 4000cal now diet is pretty simple, 11- 3 egg yolks 6 whites, 130g tuna 150g oatmeal 2- pwo shake and banana 3- steak 400g uncooked and 190g oats 6- 2 breasts chicken and 100g uncooked rice, 8;30- same as 6pm 12; 70g casein and 40g peanut butter 370pro 380carb 85 fat

    im 4 weeks 2day into a test e cycle,, is it common to get a pain in your balls,, nothing bad,, just feels like i hot off them,, is this them just shrinking or shutting down ? im on 250mg x2 a week
