    I actually lived on a diet that included 5 shakes of 50g+ of protein for 4 months. That plus one or two big meat meals. Gains were had and I did not suffer any Bad side effects. I took animal pak every day to get all the micros and felt pretty good.

    I have to say though, I am really happy with only meat eggs veggies and cheese. I don't feel hungry all the time, get a ton of protein and lose fat instead of gaining it, while still maintaining/advancing my strength. I do eat a little rice with my pwo meal though, but other than that its super low.

    I think they could have used any other excercise instead of legpress. Doing a few sets of bicep curls for one arm only does not seem like a workout. Maybe add another 50 minutes of anything and you get way better results.

    Dips and overhead press work chest, trizeps and shoulders. The benchpress is the one excercise were decent gains can be achieved without doing it much.
