    Started day 2 using this stuff... The consistency is very watery and not a gel like I anticipated.... Application to the skin is decent and dries nicely. The smell though is quite strong and something to get used to. I'm doing two times a day, morning and night... Two pumps spread evenly...

    For the last few weeks I've been dealing with sore elbows... Left one in particular is inflamed and feels like it's on fire when stretching or doing a specific movement, however I just push through and fight it off. I know rest is the best thing for sore elbows, but like many of you here...

    Got me some of this and giving it a go... One thing of note, not sure if already mentioned, but burps on this stuff has a sort of oregano tinge to them. Yes, I'm Italian.... No, didn't eat any pasta with oregano lately haha
