From all my research...L-carnitine is as good as a placebo. The only form of carnitine that has some use is Glycine propionyl-L-carnitine and that is for increase in power output not hypertrophy.
For cutting which would you say is a more effective fat burner? Or is there another option that's better than both?
(Searched the forums couldn't find a clear winner).
Quick way to know if it's spiked or not is if they have an amino acid breakdown on the back of the tub.
Another way is in the "Other Ingredients:" section under the facts panel, if there is another amino acid included in there is a telltale sign.
