    just an update!!! I placed an order and waited 3 weeks to get an answer from nutraplanet and then they shipped quickly by fedex overseas got it like 5 days later. I got all the products i ordered. it was annoying waiting but yeh.

    i eat frozen vegies, i buy bag loads of them and stock em in the deep freeze when it runs low i get ****ty. its got 5 different vegies in it broccoli,cauliflower,corn,peas,carrots. $1.50 a kg bag from Aldi.

    interesting thread, im on im on the same diet to lose last remaining fat, my sleeping patterns are **** aswell. what i noticed is my hands and feet felt cold alot of times i think its got to do with thyroid and metabolism slow down so i increased my carbs and felt better.
