    I broke my coller bone when I was a kid n it still effects me now, when I go on the bench if I go lower then 90 degrees my shoulder gives in even with low weight. I still feel like am gettin a decent work out does any one else have this problem n if so how do u get around it?

    Test + enanthate + cyp + prop so its 4 in 1 I use twice a week one cc mon thurs it can be painful though so I stack it with decca 300 in the same pin as it seems to ease the pain inject it in the upper arse muscle , winstrol id say use 1 mil every other day , if thats what ur after ?

    Creatine will bulk you up , I took the monohydrate caps and did notice the difference however I found I was pissing a lot as a side effect to the point I had enough n jacked it in. Try protien watch your diet n up ur weights will bulk up any way , good luck mucker
