I just think it funny sometime. Cause every once in awhile ill go in and run or something just to give my body something else to do and guys will lift weight for and hour and a half to two hours sometimes.
You could always find a good upper body workout and a good lower body workout. Then split it up like:
Monday: upper
Tuesday: lower
Wensday: rest
Thursday: upper
Friday: lower
Then whatever you want on saturday and sunday.
I try to eat every three hours and watch my protein and carb intake mostly. Most of the time its a healthy protein shake that a friend of mine drinks cause when im at school its hard to get out of there to eat.
