Yea true it's not like I broke my back, but asking questions on when to work out would be the last thing on my mind if I did.
I don't like when I miss the gym or exercise for 2 days, so just asking how to maintain as I've never been injured.
But I guess your right, I will put it back on quick...
Hi just a quick one, I've recently been in hospital for an operation and they strongly advise I stay off work and out of the gym for 2 weeks!!!
Any tips on keeping my muscle mass and size?

Agreed, but haven't done this for the last month! I have a good diet going on now and have some sort of abs but want to work on getting them ridiculously massive ha.
By eating ok I mean I eat very good and at the right times, but sometimes go off track after a night out and binge for afew days!
This happens like once a fortnight if that!
But takes me awhile to get back in the swing of things. This has stopped over the last month and don't even have a cheat day.
Hi just thinking about improving my abs! I am fit and eat ok, but don't sleep we'll (maybe down to not working out hard enough).
In a nutshell is it possible to get abs in six weeks?
