    Hi just a quick one, I've recently been in hospital for an operation and they strongly advise I stay off work and out of the gym for 2 weeks!!! Any tips on keeping my muscle mass and size? Thanks

    I have always been a bad sleeper, my whole life! I did a 150 mile bike ride not long ago n slept like dog! Quality sleep!

    Agreed, but haven't done this for the last month! I have a good diet going on now and have some sort of abs but want to work on getting them ridiculously massive ha.

    By eating ok I mean I eat very good and at the right times, but sometimes go off track after a night out and binge for afew days! This happens like once a fortnight if that! But takes me awhile to get back in the swing of things. This has stopped over the last month and don't even have a cheat day.

    You can eat what you like it all depends how often you eat bad, if you want to look good and feel great, you need to eat good. Just make sure you hit the gym harder after that Friday night takeaway! I have found after working out more I don't want **** food because I am only cheating myself.
