I am currently trying to obtain my dream body by the time I'm 30. I grew up very skinny - I graduated from college at 5'11 160lbs. soaking wet. I moved to Miami after college and hit the gym so I wasn't the scouniest guy on the beach. For the past 4 years I've been at it at a very consistent basis. Today I weigh 185. When I see people who haven't seen me since college they accuse me of using steroids. I love it because to this point it's been strictly hard work and dedication. Strict workout regiments and diets. Protein and creatine. I'm just not learning the important of BCAA's and joint support. I have a belly that I never really have tried to get rid of because my goal has always been to gain weight and then cut fat - I know I can do it by eating clean, but I love cookies at 11pm. My stomach is about the only place I store fat. I'd say from my 185 I'm between 15-20% bf.
My goal is to be 190lbs with 10lbs. Going into 2013 I have nine months to achieve this goal. I'd
