    I rely heavily on shakes for their convenience how lovely they taste... But it's pretty easy to get in that much with meats and fish lol.. When I eat fish, I have 300-400g per serving alone and it doesn't fill me up

    I train 2 hours a day, each muscle group twice a week.. I'm now training 1-2 hours twice a day per muscle group, but only once a week - this is for a short period of 2 weeks though.

    You know there are quite a lot of factors you need to consider before anyone can come up with the "perfect routine" for YOU right? You need to give your stats, experience of training, what you've tried, how your genetics are, pictures if possible, your diet... To name a few.. No set routine...

    Are you noticing improvement doing your routine? If so, then stick with it.. If you hit a plateau you'll need to increase your volume (amount of reps/sets - basically the amount of weight lifted in the session)
