    citrulline malate I use primaforce and with the mix of beta alanine it just has a sweet lemony taste so not so bad but i also throw it in some G2 and drink it that way as well and can't even taste it.

    beta tingle I second the fact that 5G at one time is too much. I do 2 pre 2 post and 2 before bed along with citrulline malate at the same dose and time schedule. The tingle is not as bad and only last about half an hour. I could imagine 5g at once being a pretty severe tingle!

    bcaa I put a scoop of BCAA, citrulline malate and beta alanine in a shaker bottle. Works out great! I am curious to try this extend product though but for now that is a budget version of extend basically.

    You need to put a front double bi shot and a most muscular on there to really tell. From what i can see a little more peaks on your bi's. Incline dumblell curls are murder for your bi's. Your ripped up though dude.
