Log press
1 clean and 3 press is 1 rep
Did 4 sets of 6
Axle bar floor floor press
4 sets of 8
Then accessory work including tate presses, db z press and face pulls.
Wednesday training
Started with sand bag carries
Didn't have a sandbag but gym does have a 100lb med ball so I used that.
Pick walk 50 feet and drop, pick again and walk back 50 feet is 1 rep. Did 5 rounds of these
Followed by just light weight volume work for shoulders
Nice training session super early this morning before work.
Yesterday decide to up daily dose to 3 pills. Doing 2 in the morning and one in the evening.
So popped 2 pills leaving the house and headed to the work gym
Knocked out sets of triples on deadlifts
Followed up with snatch grip RDLs...
Today felt really good training and in the zone
Started with triples with squats.
Then all the accessories from leg press and spoilt squats, to leg curl and ext supersets.
Finished up with yoke carries while dragging a tire.
I have done yoke carries in the past but first time dragging weight...
Forgot yesterday session
Started with some log press
Sets of 6, 1 clean and 3 presses was considered 1 rep
Moved on to axle floor presses and those felt really good.
Followed up by some accessory work.
Went in yesterday and hit some deadlifts.
Couple sets of GMs to warm up lower back
Then deficit deads and blocked snatch grip deadlifts and then finished off with some accessories.
Perfect day.
Nice pump today with the heavy volume.
Main movement
Axle strict press
8 sets of 5 at 75 percent
Followed by lots of accessory reps
But overall.not bad. Felt strong.
