    Thanks! as for my appetite...i barely have any...i'm honestly fasting during the day then eat my meal during the evenings....i don't really feel hungry ATALL .... literally...i don't have to eat all day...and i wouldn't notice any difference...i tested how long it takes me to get hungry...
