How long did it take for the PA to really kickin or become noticeable when you first started it? DO you just do the dosing suggested at t nation, or split it up?
Can you tell a diff digestion wise between plasma and just glycofuse since plasma is supposed to be top tier ingredients? And have you ever tried any other carbs intra you can compare to glycofuse like vitargo, waxy maize, karbolyn, etc?

Can a small dose, say one gel be used daily for those who are probably aa deficient and can't tolerate most foods with them ( probably way over used marine oils for a long time as well)
