I think that’s a 500 cal minus. Until I get my diet on point I’m for sure using the app. I’m aiming for 3 litres of water for someone who struggles drinking water I’m gonna find this...

Can someone please help me I am having trouble understanding the measurements to take I want to take 20 ml of Sr a day it says 0.5ml is 1 dose of 10mg but here’s the thing the dropper has .25ml .50ml .75ml 1ml which one is 0.5ml thanks
