    What supplements reduce lactic acid?

Blood pH does not appreciably change in response to diet. The human body is very good at buffering. If it weren't, you'd denature proteins in your body simply by eating a couple pickles. And lactic acid doesn't cause muscle soreness as has been mentioned. The 'acid' is buffered and 'processed'...

Is Ostarine going to qork for me?

Totally not involved in this *debate*, but I would point out a minor thing. You do have an option instead of "firing back" against comments that honestly are only slights in your perception. Walk Away It's this thing that adults do (or used to do before society got all f'ed). Give it a shot.

FDA issues a scary TRT risk assessment

Your opinion literally is that female doctors hold the same beliefs. Pretty much the definition of an unjustified stereotype, so. . No-you can't logically hold that opinion. But that might be my first mistake-trying to argue based off of logic. I give in;you do you. These days we seem to all be...

FDA issues a scary TRT risk assessment

Then stereotyping a doc strictly on the makeup of their sex genotype will definitely teach them! Prejudge all you want for yourself, but I've had both male and female endos with no complaints or notable differences between the two.

7 Days fasting. Zero calories for 168 hours. HGP's short log

Just keep your pace slow enough to avoid going anaerobic-going back to HGP's initial musings on running and keto. I've never gone appreciably Keto in a marathon (Ultras are a different story) because I run them too fast. Take it from the midget :)

7 Days fasting. Zero calories for 168 hours. HGP's short log

Umm, that and one literally is competing against other people and onesself, hence the "sport". But, you are hearing this from an ultramarathoner (who isn't afraid of the squat rack)

Vitamin E capsules still okay after being left in the heat?

Given that supplemental vitamin E has been shown to have dubious benefits and has been correlated to increased prostate cancer risk, I wouldn't bother with them even if they haven't been exposed to heat. A moderately balanced diet should get you the RDA

CBD shut down in Federal Court- Remains Schedule I drug

Given that the republicans can’t agree on a damn thing nor get anything done with a majority in both houses, I actually think that the attorney general (who has a tenuous relationship with the president AND IS A MEMBER OF THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH WITH NO IMPACT ON CONGRESS) has little influence on...

CBD shut down in Federal Court- Remains Schedule I drug

Ummmmm no longer in Congress . . . . Kinda hard to miss that these days. Also in the news-we have a reality-TV star turned President in the White House

    Weight Vest

I am sure you burned more, but the calculations are more complex than you account for. Adding the weight from the vest into your body weight in the calculator is incorrect: the weight from the vest does not have any metabolic activity itself (the weight plate isn’t burning calories). The...

Do my test readings make me a candidate for TRT?

I believe the point is that, with your levels, there are likely no doctors who would find it medically necessary to treat you with TRT. The only way you get this to happen is through a doctor who determines “necessity” through the size of your discretionary income
