I must say the focus on the Xtend performance is ridiculous. It's just like all the supps out there. What may work for me will not work for you and vice versa. So don't knock it. This is my experience.
I've been taking one pre and one post. Been going harder in the gym and the way I know is because my joints haven't been sore until 2 days ago. Guess I'll be picking up some joint support.
Did Mesomorph change formulas? I hear guys saying 1 scoop made them sick, throw up, my vag is bleeding, etc. I took 3/4 scoop and I don't feel anything. No tingling from beta at all.
