  1. Gym Pics - 61 yr old

Second thoughts Just Read this entire thread for the first time....Ageless, I wish I had your genes, fortitude and great attitude. I'm 61 and despite busting my butt in the gym I seem to be getting nowhere lately. Just had bloodwork done and will know the story tomorrow or so. After your years...
  2. Dealing with some serious shoulder pain

The Cortisone is a serious anti-inflammatory, not a pain med. As I said, worked well for me. I applied ice each night and a ibuprofen for a few days as well...... good luck.
  3. Dealing with some serious shoulder pain

I have had a history of shoulder problems similar to what you describe. It's likely bursitis or rotator cuff tendonitis. Either way, an inflammation of some sort. An injection of a corticosteroid by your Orthopedist will probably alleviate a lot of the problem (it did with me). Don't do what I...
  4. Ergopharm 1AD same as AMS and Finaflex 1AD????

If a PH like 1-ad converts to 1-testosterone, why the lowered libido side effect? I thought increased test helps libido. Do true steroids suppress libido as well?
  5. PCT advice please

This is all good advice....I am a little embarassed for looking to take the easy route and wanting a quick answer when there are so many variables and products out there. I have since been searching this site as well as other resources. I think my best bet is to just give some products a try...
  6. ERASE + DAA good for cycling off 1-ad?

I have tendonitis issues regularly, would the dry joint side effect (if it were to occur) be just a temporary thing given my tendonitis history or simply a matter of lowering the dose with no lasting effects?
  7. ERASE + DAA good for cycling off 1-ad?

I'm 61 and coming off a 6-week cycle of 1-ad (yes, the old stuff---almost the end of my stash) would Erase + Daa be a good choice for a PCT? Also, what is meant by the term "dry joints" as it relates to higher dosage of Erase?....posted earlier in the over 35 forum with less specificity (newbie...
  8. PCT advice please

....So would Formadrol be a good PCT choice?

  10. PCT advice please

...posted a reply the other day...got the "administrator will review" ...don't understand why as the post was very innocuous...will try again if it doesn't come up... Jim
  11. PCT advice please

...Good point---Heart surgery was a little over a year ago. Same procedure that Arnold had: Bad aortic valve from birth. It finally caught up with me. Luckily, I had a great surgeon and apparently everthing went really well. For those of you that know about such things, The normal protocol for...
  12. PCT advice please

Hi all---Newbie to this site.........Very long story short: I have been a gym rat for the last 45 of my 61+ years. All my training has revolved around sports and overall fitness. Although there have been many peaks and valleys in my training motivation, I have, for the most part, stuck with it...
