My son is 15 and bout 145lbs. He wanting to get stronger and eat right. Any suggestions for me on eating habits for him and how to help him get stronger? He lifts at school but there is really no guidence there for them

I was thinking bout adding some free weights as well but not sure where to add them in. If someone has a detailed day by day workout that would be great that way I know exactly what to do each day.

I just signed up for a gym today! Gonna get focused on losing this weight. I would like to hear some recommendation on a strength training program I can do each day. Can't really afford the extra for the personal trainer right now I'm familiar with the gym just been awhile I gonna probably stick...
I'm just getting started in the gym so I'm kinda a amateur right now I always been a athlete but never took the gym or dieting seriously now I'm 34 years old and just lack any energy at all I'm slowly starting my strength training getting ideas from post on here I'm trying to get it all together...
I get 8 hours a night I been doing a low carb diet and I work in a factory it's not a real active job so not burning many calories at work
