    I've used grim ment. Seemed legit, had some of the main sides from ment, dificult calf pumps, impossible cardio, thermogenesis, etc. Gained some good strength dosing at 3 pills a day. Think this was around 30 mg which is on the low side for an oral precursor to ment.
