Well I'm 20.. at 235 lbs right now. I was thinking of getting the Elite whey for protein. Purple Intrain for during workouts. ATP tabs.. just to see if they do anything for preworkout. Ragnarok as my main preworkout supplment. I have multivitamins already so I shouldn't need any right now. Maybe I will get digestive enzymes as well. I don't know about the glutamine, it seems like it's 50/50.. a lot of positive but a lot of negative. BCAA's might be good too.. I love Xtend. Goal is to keep adding mass, I need to build a big base at 6'4.
