    You should see a dermatologist! The people in this forum can speculate all they want as to what the cause to your acne is, but only your doctor is going to be able to give you the best solution.

    This is some pretty cool stuff! It's pretty incredible that modern medical science can turn a problem such as HIV into a solution for cancer. Even if it doesn't work, you have to applaud the curiosity and ingenuity of this idea.

    Chipotle seems to have some relatively "clean" food for a restaurant. Plus you can get your burritos naked and save on your carbs. I'd still treat eating there as one of your cheat meals if you're trying to stay to a strict diet.

    Congrats Man! Your first rep with two full plates on it can be quite a nerve wrenching one. I'll never forget the first time that I had two plates on each side, almost like the first time I rode a bike!

    I've always done what seems natural and ate every couple of hours. I like to call it grazing. I still eat breakfast lunch and dinner but plan healthy snacks throughout the day to keep my metabolism pumping!
  10. How long to see results

    It takes a while! Try to focus on the strength/health goals and over time your physique will develop. Just stay positive!
  11. Training During Fasting

    If there's a particular exercise that you seem to be plateauing on focus on that movement and associated assistance work.
