Any advice on my macros? Is it something I need to play with to see what works best for my body or do you think 40-35% protein and 30% carbs is out of whack?

Ok I will soon. One year ago I was at 189. Since then I've been cutting fat while maintaining muscle naturally. I'm at 148 now and lost around 10% BF. What should I be looking at to continue to lose BF yet gain mass and strength? Any ideas on stacks or cycles?

Most of us hold fat at the midsection. You cannot burn fat from 1 area of the body. Maybe with a topical but I don't know much about these. Leaning out with cardio diet and maybe a thermogenic fat burner will help.
