I eat fairly clean, especially on non lifting days. I try to save my dirtiest cheat meals right after max effort day. That way I'm "earning the food". I use whole milk to get extra cals at work. I drink a half gallon whole milk each day at work it acts as a good bridge between my solid meals...
Listen to Rodja, I've been running west side for the last 3 months and my gains have gone through the roof. There's also something to be said about the novelty factor of rotating exercises, and speed work done property has definitely contributed to bigger numbers in the big three.
Here's something I do: I work at a desk job so I will cook up 16 oz of steak and stir that into 4 cans of chunky soup. I put this in a giant tupperware and slowly work at it over the course of the workday. I call it my slop bucket.
