So after boxing last night I got on the scales….193. That was fully clothed. Sneakers watch and headphones. The food id ate all day plus about a gallon of water in me at the time. Most likely an actual body weight below 190. Not where I wanna be. Time to eat more. Starting now

Beat. Exhausted. But I haven’t missed a day in the gym since school and work started. Between 12hr shifts and home work plus the gym. Factor in cooking sleeping and eating I have no time. I’ll get some updates posted soon. Got that joint supp from the SNS guys today. Pretty pumped to see if it helps
