Market Basket usually has the lowest prices around. I've heard Trader Joe's is generally less expensive than Whole Foods but has similar quality products. I'm not sure if there's one near Attleboro though
There won't be any significant difference in hair loss between halo and epi. If you're genetically prone to hair loss any prohormone will accelerate that. Just one of the risks you take when cycling bro.
I have the same issue. High insertions make for great peaks but cause a lack of thickness. I've found hitting the brachialis can help to create a more thicker look. RG Preachers, incline hammers, RG barbell curls. Do some direct forearm work as well.
I'm carb cycling right now (3 low/ 1 high) and I usually take about 30g of HBCD near my workout period. I haven't been counting the HBCD towards my total daily carbs up to now. I'm wondering what the general consensus is on HBCD and whether I should start counting them towards my daily...
BW is down to about 172-173. Body fat is about 8-8.5%. Tough to get a real idea of where my strength is because I've had to switch up my routine to get around some injuries but my deads have consistently gone up this entire time.
