Next 5 days (I write these contemporaneously by the way).
Day 8 and 9. Same schedule as previously mentioned, with roughly the same carb intake. These were two days off from the gym. Stomach is still looking leaner. Though I have noticed more gas.
Day 10
2 capsules in the am with ~50 carbs...
Perhaps Glycobol is not to blame. I did not add to my log increased bloating, and certainly did not notice it through the first 5 days, but since then I have experienced it more often. I will have to keep logging and see for sure.
I have noticed dark, dark green stools and I would say increased bloating as well. I can't say the color of my **** bothers me though, and other than the bloating I've experienced no negative sides.

Stats - 6'2 184 (weighed day before staring glycobol)
Purchased - 2 bottles
Goal - Weight and Strength gain without much body fat accumulation. I'm pretty lean, and hope to stay that way as I progress towards 195-200 lbs.
