All this heavy lifting is finally starting to take a hit on my joints. Already took a week off, but still am not up for heavy lifts due to all the pains throughout my body.

Use osta, keep the cals up, and you'll be fine. I actually kept all my strength and more. Lost some weight, but I'm fairly certain that was just glycogen and bf%, since I'm stronger than before.

I don't know the facts to be honest, but I'm on nolva and it's working. Don't overcomplicate things. If you want to naturally boost your T levels a bit, try DAA or a test booster.

^ My blood pressure stayed consistent the whole time. Only spiked once, but that was more of a combination the result of one day with a ridiculous level of stress, not being well hydrated, and missing the cycle support all in one day.....
