30-50mg a day
This way I think I can add things as I asses how it goes first sustanon then deca then anavar.

This wouldnt be for fight prep of course. I know diet training is where is at but feel I’m ready to finally do a good cycle for being able to push harder. I’m thinking test, Deca, anavar will keep it simple.
Now I’m dosing I’m gonna see if 300 or maybe 500 per week and keep other dosages small.
I’ve been competing since 16yrs old, MT & MMA, I’m 35 and fighting is my life. I want to get bigger without losing so much speed. I think is possible with the right diet-training-cycle. If I get to walk on 90 drop to 85 for comp but bigger stronger im good.
Interesting, was thinking of doing 500-600 Week of test actually. Turinabol instead of anavar? Really ? I want to bulk up but not gain so much fat in process. I have good endurance so don’t want to duck that up, cardarnine heard was like epo or better.?
Will do my homework on it. I don’t have to have it out of my system so quick so Deca wouldn’t be a problem. About anavar is it ok instead is winny? I don’t want to use winny cause of the joint issues I’ve heard of. But also don’t like that anavar is oral and can mess up my liver.
What would you recommend instead of Deca ? Anyway if there is no testing issues Deca would be good option yea ? I want to go up 10kgs of pure muscle. I’m in 78-80 with 14%bf . I’m gonna start cycle once I get to 10-11% bf.
