I do five 100 yard sprints with walk backs, i take deep breathes when walking back really expanding the chest. I cut off 30 lbs of fat and it increased my metabolic rate. But hiit running might also work.

I started using Kettlebell and dumbells at my house, i usually only excercise no more than 30 minutes, either TABATA or doing sets. I really like kettlebells, there are 250 excercises you can do with them. Ive lost 20 lbs
Man maker, renegade rows, pushups floor press, there is also a incline single press off the floor that get chest developed, also strict floor wipers kill the chest
