    best type of body building recovery mattress.

    Get anything with a soft pillow type top like surface and get some foam like stuff you find in couches and other stuff furniture but get a long bad and lay under your sheets, sleeping on a cloud. Unless you have 900$ to spend on a memory foam bed. Someone would argue that hard beds are better.

    I try to put more mass on my traps and shoulders, but the bone cause pain when doing laterals. Thanks for the response glad I'm not the only one with the problem, I'm going to a chiropractor Friday. I'll get some X-rays and then I'll have a better clue on the problem.
