    If you're eating 2000 calories a day. 600 from protein. 400 from fat .1000 from carbs. There. Is a huge difference in body composition then if you were taking in 850 from protein. 650 from fat and 500 from carbs. It's more about quality of food and not the calories in my opinion.

    So there's no difference between a high carb diet and low carb diet in terms of weight regulation? I'd definitely disagree. If my proteins and fats are the same and the only difference is my carb intake , if it's low then I'd definitely lose more weight then of it was high.

    Lately, I've started to do my cardio during my weight training but only maintain that for 6-8 weeks. If I do separate my cardio it's HIIT done after training. I find it helps.

    Great article. Some of the guys at my gym, tell me I'm going to screw up my CNS, because I'll go for an hour or 2, but those are the days I feel great and just feel like pushing it hard. They got it in my head so now I've cut my workouts down to like 45 mins but don't feel as good.

    Yeah, can definitely understand that but what if your goal is to drop bodyfat while not only maintaining but building lean muscle. And if time is also a factor in your training, getting there twice just to separate your resistance and cardio sessions just isn't an option.
