I think trest is a 19nor compound. If I'm right, I wouldn't stack them just because I wouldn't stack two 19nors. You'd probly be fine, but it seems unnecessary to me

Don't switch up the movements or the rep scheme. All that stuff at the end is great when you hit intermediate, but probly not really necessary for you right now. Keep it simple, follow a proven program, and watch the numbers take off. I always tell people...

3 upper body days vs 1 lower body day. You also have a shoulder and bench day with no direct work to the rear delts at all. You're setting yourself up for some imbalances already
