Im a CFT *certified fitness trainer* through the ISSA *International Sports Science Association* I've been working out since I was 16 and Personal Training since I was 18. I prefer to work with competitive atheletes, mostly Bodybuilders,Fitness and Figure Competitors, I also enjoy training Powerlifters and Sports specific training such as Wrestling,Football,Golf,BasketBall,etc...
Right now I just do recreational bodybuilding but I do plan on competing in the near future
