I just started Trt about a month or so back. If you go to an anti-aging clinic, they’ll probably get you on something even within normal levels. I was sitting at 550 at 42 and they started me at 200/wk right outta the gate.

There’s a lot of crossover between video games and pen and paper, that’s for sure. I just think it’s a funny stereotype of gamers being weakling nerds. That same obsessing over small details and rules is found in lots of lifters.
