    getting stronger (progressive overload) every month or week. it really doesnt matter what split man, your type of split is dependent on your current recovery level and schedule. Try not to get program ocd and start over anylizing what is very simple.

    agree with war! Its not the end of the world, I personally will just find something like 500mls of milk and a banana or something along those lines, whatever covers the remaining calories. I like to focus on my proteins/carbs/fats these days then calories (nutrient partioning)

    I think FB routines with compound movements are good for rank beginners who need to build a base. I also think your not doing yourself any favour by only doing compound movements forever.     Cheers for the heads up, I dont think mines to that extent, as today has gone on i have been doing some neck stretches and i now seem to have way more neck mobility, still stiff and sore though. I think mine is more of a strain thats putting pressure on the nerve.

    For me its bring the bar down close to my chin. The bar doesnt hit my chest when performing inclines at around a 20-30 degree angle.
