A one day trial.... So how does this translate when our body adapts over a week or so with this. Would we have to increase the doses and with an extremely high dose?
Looks like this is straight from DC training. Ever since I started the DC training routine I've been lifting heavier than ever and not getting hurt. Is this because of the stretching? I can't say 100% but I've seen no negative side effects of doing any of these stretches. Not sure how...
I take 10g of BCAAs five times a day and haven't noticed anything different from when I wasn't taking them. I have noticed fat gains being minimal while doing this though compared to my other bulks
Should have a sticky with links to threads like this for different types of supplements. There are some that we don't know enough about but something like this is pretty much accepted and to the best of our knowledge.
very similar to DC training. Interesting notes about the slow and fast gainer. May have to do a small alteration of my programs and attempt to incorporate that, see if anymore gains occur.
I wonder if this is because supplement companies want to save money or because overseas manufacturers are trying to make more money selling fillers. Watched a documentary on knockoffs/counterfeits and how a % of medicine in the UK are fakes that look 100% legit....who knows about the US...
