Dante recommends dumbbell pressing movements(DB chest/shoulder exercises) to be at a 20-30 rest-pause rep range. This is due to the whole "getting the DB's up" issue. It will also help you progress better since the weight jumps for dumbbells are +5lbs each side. Just a suggestion I found that...
