    Dante recommends dumbbell pressing movements(DB chest/shoulder exercises) to be at a 20-30 rest-pause rep range. This is due to the whole "getting the DB's up" issue.     Make the 5 second hold a 5 second descent and hold that stretch for 15 seconds. That's the way DC wants it done. Guess how much more agonizing those are ;). If you're not dying at 6 reps, you're not doin' it right! lol Also how'd you like the quad stretch? Those are the absolute worst for me!
