    Hey i dont mean to just bump onto thread like this but im just curious. Hope you dont mind. I injured my knee at football camp. I just had my MRI and the doc said I ruptured my acl,tore my meniscus pretty bad, an have tears in my mcl and lcl. I know I won't be able to play football this year...

    Yeah the only leg workout I real do is limp around but I'm ready to start riding spin bikes. Should help out a lot so I don't stiffen up.

    Hey I recently injured my knee and I'll be out of full body training for a few weeks. So I need help on finding a upper body lifting program? I have an mcl sprain from football. I am, 5'11" 190lbs

    Sorry for the late reply I haven't checked my feed in awhile. I did the program for a month then I started track and it was too hard on my body being a sprinter. But in that month I saw great results. I plan to continue it after track season. By during that month I was just doing 345 on deadlift...

    I do plyo/agility drills they help me. Always jump rope is something easy that I do if I don't feel like running.

    2nd week is finished. My lifts are improving fast. But on the stronglifts program it only has you deadlift once. Would it be okay to do more than once? That's my only lift I fill like its not improving.

    Thanks for the info. I'd rather do it the way your talking about. I do have a sled at home and at practice my coach has me do stairs/sled daily.
