    Yeah, I could tell you had given yourself a lot more runway with the other lifts, and bench was probably the one you were truly closer to maxing out. No worries, I bet you are still making progress there. How many rounds do you intend to go through before doing a real test for improvement on bench?

    I used to have an old 72 Skylark GS with a 350 and powerglide transmission, and a 72 Chevelle with the 350 pretty much the same car but I loved both of them. Of course the skylark was cammed, high rise intake, and holley 4 barrel. It may not have been the big block but it was BIG FUN!

    They are also great for glutes, it just depends on how you set them up. Foot farther in front with a more forward lean, and sitting back into the rear foot changes the focus to glutes big time.
