    tonight's project may be to sit down and measure how many calories I am taking in. I cant be too far off. I am slowly losing body fat. But i want to slightly increase the effectiveness of my diet before the cycle so i can make the absolute most of it. especially the clen :)

    I dont know my total Cals on a daily basis, i just try to eat clean. I do cardio sometimes after workouts mainly low intensity and some hit. Also I play rugby so that is a bunch of cardio (way too much, muscle wasting). What should my calories be if im recomping/cutting. Weight currently 228
