    Has anyone done some research on steroids and the effect on insulin sensitivity? I have seen studies where they say that high testosterone levels promote insulin resistance. I have also seen studies where they say nandrolone lowers glucose and promotes insulin sensitivity.

    I should say 500 test C and 400 npp for 10-12 weeks. Anavar for 5-6 weeks 50 mg workout days (30 pre workout) and 10-20 mg on non W/O days.

    I've done two cycles w/ 500 test c w/ 400 Deca and a 600 test e and 400 NPP. I didn't have that much of a problem. I had some bloating.

    My main strategy behind this is to use lower test and using TBOL to free up free test. The lower test should result in less aromatization. Am I correct on this?

    Is a Higher concentration let's say 100 x 450 better than lower concentration 100 x 200 mg/ml. I'm looking at Test-E Would Test Prop be way better if someone is pinning four times a week anyways?

    One specific question I had was "Would it be a good idea to add 100-200 mg Primo a week just to keep estrogen down and maybe build a little bit of muscle?" Would that low of a dose be hair safe?
