35 been lifting hard 5 days a week for almost two years now. Was in pretty sad shape hadn't see a weight room in almost 15years, still have a long way to go, but its more of a life style now than a goal. Co-ed softball of all things made me realize just how bad it had gotten. Couldn't hit a homer and if I Did running the bases may have killed me. Lol. I quit smoking at that time and started a little lifting and running and that turned into every work day 5-6 days a week. After a while my Fastfood lunches and Monster drinks were holding me back so I cleaned up my diet and saw good results, weight loss, strenght and size gains. Then I hit a wall couldn't seem to get bigger or stronger. Thats what led me here. Just crushed that damn wall. lol
I haven't found that next wall yet but when I do its going down. To anyone new who may be reading this: This web site is an excellent tool full of good information, just slow down and take the time to listen.
