    yes, i do front squats, and goblet squats with dumbells, usually a hi rep,-warmup exersize for me., nothing feels like a bar sittin on the traps though! as long as the shoulder agrees that day.

    lookin at your eat sheets, dude, your carbs are insanley low!, id go crazy after a few days., i can see thats where i need to clamp down.on a good day i can handle 120-150 g a day, but not for long. how long can you go like that without flipping out lol!
