iv been hearing that., the epi2a3a has 120 caps, id like to start 30, then[edit] 50/50/50, if theres enough for another week, ill go for it., iv searched online for the label, but no luck, ill have to do the math when i get it. i also ordered halo v, but will probably hold it for a few months...- metallic1

learning experience here., ltl, looks like you know what to look for early, im rootin for you bro i definatly want to learn how to see the warning signs, and the right way to address these issues. this just confirms to me the importance of a rock solid pct. iv never even heard of the above...- metallic1

yes, i do front squats, and goblet squats with dumbells, usually a hi rep,-warmup exersize for me., nothing feels like a bar sittin on the traps though! as long as the shoulder agrees that day.- metallic1

lookin at your eat sheets, dude, your carbs are insanley low!, id go crazy after a few days., i can see thats where i need to clamp down.on a good day i can handle 120-150 g a day, but not for long. how long can you go like that without flipping out lol!- metallic1
