    im going to dose the p-plex at 30/30/30/30/0/0 and epi at 0/0/30/30/40/40 i do agree p-plex at 40 is a bit too much but i'll see how i feel in terms of sides. i'll most likely just stick with 30mg for p-plex tho. when are you starting your cycle?
